1. General

- Before shipment, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.
- Cancellation after 24 hours but before packing/shipment is subject to customer service approval; refunds take 1–3 business days to the original payment method.
- Once packed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled directly and must follow the return process.
3. Eligible Returns & Refunds (After Delivery)
You may apply for a return and refund within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective, damaged, faulty, or not functioning properly;
- Wrong item, missing item, or quantity discrepancy;
- The product materially differs from the description (excluding minor color/size variations);
- The item is unused, with original tags/packaging intact and resalable, supported by photos/videos.
4. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable
Returns and refunds are not available if:

- Item is opened, used, washed, damaged by user, or missing parts/tags/original packaging;
- Return is due to personal preference, size issues, or acceptable color difference;

- Free gifts, samples, or bundled promotional items are returned separately.
5. Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Our fault (defect, wrong item, missing item): We cover both shipping and return shipping.
- Personal reason return: Customer covers return shipping; original shipping fee is non‑refundable.
- Returns without reason are allowed only if item and packaging are intact, with customer paying return shipping.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Return application review: 1–3 business days;
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item: 3–5 business days to process refund;
- Credit card/PayPal refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
