This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on the Dearny8188 store at www.dearny8188.com (the "Site"), operated by Haikou Qiongshan District Yonghe Yi General Merchandise Shop ("Yongheyi", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms set out below.
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right, the procedures below describe how to request a refund, return, or exchange.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION (BEFORE SHIPMENT)

• You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched.
• Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours but before dispatch will be reviewed by customer service and approved at our discretion.
• Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled directly. The order must follow the standard return procedure described in Section 3 below.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and returned to the original payment method.
2. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, missing items, or differs materially from the description on the Site, you may request a replacement, exchange, or refund.

2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographs or short video clips
3. Retain all original packaging and accessories until the issue is resolved
We will respond within two (2) business days and advise on the next steps. Where the issue is verified, we will bear all return shipping costs and issue a refund or replacement at no extra charge to you.
3. STANDARD RETURNS (WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY)

Items in their original, unused condition may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following:
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and free of damage caused by the customer
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and complete
• Item must be resalable
• Supporting photographs may be requested before authorisation
Return shipping costs for standard returns (where the item is not defective and was delivered as ordered) are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and issue any approved refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Personal-care, intimate-wear, or hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery
• Items damaged by the customer or by misuse after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
• Items marked as "Final Sale", "Clearance", or "Special Offer"
• Free gifts, promotional add-ons, or samples included at no cost
• Digital products, downloads, and gift cards
• Returns initiated more than 7 calendar days after delivery
5. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, please first check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office, as packages are sometimes signed for on your behalf.
If the package remains unaccounted for after 5 calendar days from the marked delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Resolution times vary by carrier and destination but are typically completed within 14 to 30 days.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, you may choose:
• Re-delivery at your own expense, or
• A refund of the product cost, with original outbound shipping fees deducted

7. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to refund to a different card, account, or recipient.
Once the refund is initiated by us:
• Credit / debit card refunds: typically appear in 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank
• E-wallet refunds: typically appear in 1 to 5 business days

8. PARTIAL REFUNDS

9. EXCHANGES

Direct exchanges are processed as a refund of the original order followed by a new order at the current price. This ensures accurate inventory and pricing.
If you wish to exchange an item, please first follow the return procedure in Section 3, then place a new order for your preferred item.
10. CROSS-BORDER CONSIDERATIONS

For international orders, please note:
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees paid at delivery are not refundable by us, as these are collected by your local authorities
• Customers refusing delivery solely to avoid customs charges will receive a refund of the product cost only; outbound and return shipping will be deducted
