1. General

 

This Refund Policy applies to all orders and transactions at dearny8188 (www.dearny8188.com), in accordance with Malaysian consumer protection and e‑commerce regulations.

2. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

 

  • Before shipment, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours but before packing/shipment is subject to customer service approval; refunds take 1–3 business days to the original payment method.
  • Once packed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled directly and must follow the return process.
 
 

3. Eligible Returns & Refunds (After Delivery)

 

You may apply for a return and refund within 7 days of delivery if:
 
  1. The item is defective, damaged, faulty, or not functioning properly;
  2. Wrong item, missing item, or quantity discrepancy;
  3. The product materially differs from the description (excluding minor color/size variations);
  4. The item is unused, with original tags/packaging intact and resalable, supported by photos/videos.
 
 

4. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable

 

Returns and refunds are not available if:
 
  1. Request is made more than 7 days after delivery;
  2. Item is opened, used, washed, damaged by user, or missing parts/tags/original packaging;
  3. Return is due to personal preference, size issues, or acceptable color difference;
  4. Item is marked Clearance / Special Offer / Final Sale;
  5. Free gifts, samples, or bundled promotional items are returned separately.
 
 

5. Shipping Cost Responsibility

 

  • Our fault (defect, wrong item, missing item): We cover both shipping and return shipping.
  • Personal reason return: Customer covers return shipping; original shipping fee is non‑refundable.
  • Returns without reason are allowed only if item and packaging are intact, with customer paying return shipping.
 
 

6. Refund Processing Time

 

  1. Return application review: 1–3 business days;
  2. After receiving and inspecting the returned item: 3–5 business days to process refund;
  3. Credit card/PayPal refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
 
 

7. Refund Method

 

  • Refunds are processed only via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal);
  • No cash refunds, store credit, or exchanges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
 

8. Evidence Requirements

 

To apply for a return/refund, please provide:
 
  • Clear photos/videos (product issue, shipping label, damage, etc.);
  • Order number and recipient details;
  • Cooperation with logistics verification if requested.
 
 

9. Special Notes

 

  • During sales/holidays, refunds may be delayed by 1–3 business days due to high order volume;
  • Delays caused by force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, government regulation) are not considered a breach;
