This Shipping Policy describes how Haikou Qiongshan District Yonghe Yi General Merchandise Shop ("Yongheyi", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of the Dearny8188 store at www.dearny8188.com (the "Site"), handles order processing, delivery, and tracking. By placing an order, you accept the terms below.


1. SERVICE AREA

We primarily ship within Malaysia. Selected products may also be available for shipment to neighbouring Southeast Asian markets where indicated at checkout. Destinations outside our standard shipping zones are not currently supported.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the seller's country and the destination country.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• During promotional periods, restocks, or peak shopping seasons, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including the carrier name and tracking number.


3. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

We ship through reputable international and last-mile delivery partners. The carrier assigned to your order depends on the destination, product category, and order weight.

For Malaysia destinations, common carriers include national postal services and recognised express courier networks. The specific carrier will be visible in your dispatch confirmation email.


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

5. SHIPPING FEES

• Free standard shipping within Malaysia on orders that meet the promotional threshold displayed on the Site at the time of checkout. Where free shipping does not apply, the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• For non-Malaysia destinations, shipping fees are determined by destination, weight, and dimensions and are shown at checkout.
• Any duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price displayed on our Site.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track the status:

1. By entering the tracking number on the carrier's official website

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to become fully active on the carrier's system.


7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout, including:

• Full recipient name
• Detailed street address with unit / house / building number
• City, state, and postcode
• Active contact phone number for the carrier

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, please refer to Section 6 of our Refund Policy.


8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND PICKUP

Most carriers will attempt delivery at least twice. If you are unavailable during delivery, the carrier may:

• Leave the package at a safe location at the address
• Hand the package to a neighbour or building reception
• Leave a notice for pickup at a local depot

If a package is held at a depot, please collect it within the carrier's holding period (typically 5 to 15 days) to avoid return-to-sender.


9. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

• The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
• These charges are determined by your local government, not by us, and we cannot predict their amount in advance.
• We will not under-declare item values or mark commercial shipments as "gifts" upon request, as this may constitute customs fraud.


11. ORDER SPLITS

Large or multi-product orders may be split into multiple parcels to optimise delivery speed and prevent damage. If this applies to your order, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.


12. PUBLIC HOLIDAY NOTICE

Processing and delivery may be delayed during major Malaysian public holidays (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Christmas, etc.) and Chinese national holidays, which can affect the seller's processing schedule. We post advance notices on the Site during these periods.
