1. Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1-3 working days. Processing will be postponed on weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
2. Delivery Coverage
We only deliver goods within Malaysia. International delivery is not available.
3. Shipping Fee Rule
Free shipping applies to all products. No extra delivery fee is required. Extra shipping cost shall be charged only for goods marked specially on product page.
4. Delivery Time
1-3 working days for West Malaysia, 3-7 working days for East Malaysia. Slight delay may happen due to festival, weather and logistics situation.
5. Tracking Service
Tracking number will be provided after shipment for real-time delivery check.
6. Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
