2. Products & Pricing
- We endeavor to ensure the accuracy of product images, specifications and descriptions. Minor color differences caused by shooting and display devices shall not be regarded as product defects.
- All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no hidden charges and include applicable taxes.
- Product prices are subject to adjustment without prior notice. Orders fully paid before price changes will not be affected.
- In case of stock shortage after order placement, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
3. Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Service Coverage: We only deliver items within Malaysia. International delivery is currently unavailable.
- Free shipping is applicable to all products across the Website. No extra delivery fee is required. Additional shipping fees will only be charged for items specially marked on product pages.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Processing will be suspended on weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
- Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days for West Malaysia; 3-7 business days for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
- Delivery may be delayed for 1-3 days during sales campaigns, holidays, bad weather or logistics congestion. We appreciate your understanding.
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email after dispatch for delivery tracking.
5. Payment Methods

6. Cancellation, Return & Refund
6.1 Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placement for a full refund. Packed or dispatched orders cannot be cancelled directly, but you may apply for return in accordance with relevant rules.

You may apply for return and refund if the items are damaged, wrongly delivered, defective, or materially inconsistent with product descriptions (excluding minor color differences).
